How to clear your cache
Geraldo.com uses a range of modern technologies to provide our visitors with the best possible experience no matter which device you favorite. Be sure to use up-to-date software and follow the steps below if you have any trouble, or reach out to support.
Mobile devices
Clearing the cache on Android with Google Chrome
1. At the top right, tap the three dots icon 'More'
2. Tap 'History', and navigate to 'Clear browsing data'
3. At the top, choose 'All Time' time range
4. Make sure 'Cached images and files' is selected
5. Tap 'Clear', then refresh the page
Clearing the cache on Apple with Safari
Older versions of Apple Safari are not compatible with all the features on Geraldo.com. Please update.
1. Tap , then tap
2. Tap clear in the bottom right corner
3. Choose 'All time' and click clear
4. Refresh the page
Desktop computers
Clearing the cache in Google Chrome
1. At the top right, click 'More' or the three dots icon
2. Select 'More Tools', and navigate to 'Clear browsing data'
3. Select 'All Time' time range at the top
4. Make sure 'Cached images and files' is selected, and click 'Clear Data'
5. Refresh the page
Clearing the cache in Microsoft Edge
1. At the top right, click the 'More Action' icon
2. Navigate to 'Settings'
3. Under 'Clear browsing data', click the 'Choose what to clear' button
4. Make sure 'Cached data and files' is selected
5. Click 'clear', then refresh the page
Clearing the cache in Apple Safari
Older versions of Apple Safari are not compatible with the all features on Geraldo.com. Please update.
1. Select the first option, 'Safari', from the top left
2. Select 'Preferences'
3. Select the 'Advanced' tab
4. At the bottom, check the box that says 'Show Develop'
5. The 'Develop' option will now appear in the menu bar
6. Click the 'Develop' option, and choose 'Clear Caches'
7. Refresh the page
Clearing the cache in Mozilla Firefox
1. Click the 3 lines at top right to 'Open Application Menu'
2. Navigate to 'Settings'
3. Choose the 'Privacy and Security' from the left
4. Under 'Cookies and Site Data', click 'Clear Data'
5. Ensure the 'Cached Images and Files' is selected, and click 'Clear'
6. Refresh the page
